The office will be closed on the following dates:
Winter Break: Saturday, December 20 – Sunday, December 28
No doctors or staff will be available during our Winter Break. For urgent matters, please contact urgent care or the ER and follow up with your WCN doctor after we reopen.
Please submit all refill requests by Monday, December 15th, as we will not be able to process requests after that date.
**Cancellation Policy:** To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 5 business days' notice for Dr. Barrett's appointments and 2 business days' notice for all other appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a fee equivalent to the full cost of the appointment.
